The Mall Group has redeveloped its Ramkhamhaeng branch into a lifestyle destination, combining older aesthetics with new retail experiences. This transformation, the largest for the site in over four decades, includes areas for fashion, music, art, and food. Central Pattana is also revamping several sites, including Central Chaengwattana, Central Pinklao, and Central Bangna. Central Pinklao's upgrade aims to strengthen its role as a premium lifestyle hub for western Bangkok, supported by local housing demand and the MRT Blue Line. These projects reshape neighbourhoods by offering new retail, dining, and cultural options for residents.

Transport and Property Values

The timing of these developments often aligns with new transport infrastructure. The MRT Orange Line's eastern section, for example, is nearing completion, improving connectivity to areas like Ramkhamhaeng. Land prices in this vicinity are estimated between 800,000 to 1 million baht per square wah. Similarly, Bangna, set for a major mixed-use development by Central Pattana, benefits from its transport corridor and residential zones. Land values there are around 300,000 baht per square wah, with further increases expected.
