Opened in October 2018 at the foot of the Grande Centre Point hotel tower, the complex occupies the corner where North Pattaya Road meets Second Road. It brings the brand's airport-terminal concept to the resort city across six retail levels, each styled after an iconic destination, including Paris, London, Tokyo, and San Francisco. Floor-to-floor escalators designed like departure gates connect shoppers to architectural replicas such as a 27-metre model of the Eiffel Tower, the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and a red Golden Gate Bridge suspended across the central atrium. Beyond the novelty installations, the mall functions as a dependable, fully air-conditioned hub for everyday shopping, banking and currency exchange, and remarkably inexpensive food.

Most visitors allow two to three hours here, though taking in a screening at the upper-floor cinema or browsing the numerous independent fashion stalls can easily fill an entire afternoon. The venue provides an accessible, family-friendly refuge when midday temperatures soar or tropical downpours roll in off the Gulf of Thailand.

The Ground Floor (Paris) centres on French-style storefronts and international cosmetics, beauty retailers, and fashion outlets, dominated by a 27-metre replica of the Eiffel Tower rising through the central atrium. Above it, the M Floor (London) recreates British street scenery using red telephone kiosks and a double-decker bus. This level houses major high-street clothing brands, including H&M and Uniqlo, alongside sports retailers and a 24-hour Foodland supermarket.

Moving upwards, the 1st Floor (Italy) incorporates Roman arches, Venetian gondolas, and a model of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Its shop units feature independent clothing boutiques, leather goods, and wellness services. The 2nd Floor (Tokyo) switches to Japanese alley aesthetics marked by paper lanterns, torii gates, and sumo wrestler figures, filled with independent stalls selling Thai souvenirs, fashion accessories, and electronic gadgets.

The dark blue songthaew (shared pick-up truck) is the standard public transport option. Any songthaew travelling north along Second Road from South Pattaya or Central Festival drops passengers right at the complex. Wave to flag one down, ring the overhead buzzer when approaching the mall, and hand the driver 10 THB (around £0.23) in cash upon exiting. For door-to-door convenience, ride-hailing applications like Grab and Bolt operate widely in Pattaya; typical private fares from central Pattaya run between 60 THB and 100 THB (£1.40 to £2.30), whilst journeys from Jomtien generally range between 150 THB and 220 THB (£3.50 to £5.10).
